    Order Processing

    Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. Products ship within 1-2 business days.  During Sales/promotions, processing times may take up to 5 business days.  

    Shipping Policy

    All orders within the South Africa are shipped via Aramex. It takes approximately 2-3 business days for orders to be delivered. Orders would be shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared. International orders typically take up to 10 business days for delivery and are shipped via FedEx . The Sarhap Hair Line reserves the right to change the delivery method specified on this website to a comparable method. Shipping charges may be more or less than the actual rate charged by the carrier. All shipping costs must be paid in full at the time of the order.

    Errors and Shipment Delays

    We will not be responsible for shipment delays due to weather or other natural or environmental factors, we will try our best to ship out products at the specified timeframe promised. However, we advise that you place your order far in advance to allow for unplanned delays. All shipping errors must be reported 3 business days of the date of delivery. Once confirmed that an incorrect item was sent, we reserve the right to resend the correct product or refund your money. However, the incorrect products must be returned to our office prior to re-shipping of products.

    International Shipments

    International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments. This is the only document that will be sent with your shipment.

    Refunds are not permitted on customized wigs eg if
    coloring, or a specific style which is not on our online
    list of products was requested by the client.
     
    Wig resizing is done for free if requested within
    10 days of purchase.Cost of shipping for exchanges
    or refunds will be paid by the client.
     
    In the rare event that our product has a fault, we will
    gladly fix the product or do an exchange if reported
    and returned to us within 10 days.

    Care & Maintenance
     
    1. For straight hair Comb through hair in one 
    direction only, from the bottom to the top
     
    2. For curly hair : Using a wide tooth comb or your
    fingers, comb through the hair and gently detangle
    any knots or tangled hair
     
    3. For both curly and straght hair, shampoo hair
    gently with lukewarm water while holding it in a
    upright position using your fingers stroke the wet
    shampooed hair in a down ward motion.
     
    DO NOT
    AGGRESSIVELY RUB YOUR HAIR IN DIFFERENT
    DIRECTIONS AS THIS MAY CAUSE YOUR
    CLOSURE/FRONTAL TO TANGLE.
     
    4. After thoroughly rinsing the shampoo out,
    condition the hair using a mild conditioner. For
    deeper conditioning leave the hair in the conditioner
    for 20 minutes.
     
    5. Gently dry the hair by patting it with a towel no
    aggressive twisting or tugging of hair. Leave the hair
    to air dry outside and avoid the use of extreme heat to
    dry the hair.
     
    1. Wash and condition your hair atleast once a week.
     
    8. Never sleep with damp or wet hair
     
    9. It is normal for hair to slightly shed when doing
    regular combing/finger combing of the hair
     
    10. The application of silicon(low oil bbased, with no greasy residue)on your straight hair should be once
     
    11.A low oil based curl activator can be use on
    curls, we recommend using it twice a week
